Employee not going from Webroster to Access PayWise+

Employees are not being sent to Access PayWise+ from Webroster.

Within Webroster, please ensure that each employee record includes a valid Payroll Reference and an assigned Contract.

These details are mandatory for successful integration with Access PayWise+. If either the Payroll Reference or Contract is missing, the employee will not be transferred to Access PayWise+, which may result in delays to payroll processing.

Please verify this information before finalizing any updates to employee records. Doing so will help maintain accurate data flow and prevent issues during payroll runs.
