Employee's payroll not updated in Access PayWise+ when changed in Access People

Employee displaying under incorrect site or payroll in Access PayWise+ despite historical transfer to different location.

If an employee is moved to a different Payroll within Access People this should sync across to Access PayWise+ immediately.

If the employee is still showing on the old Payroll, please attempt to resend the employee to Access PayWise+ as follows:

  1. In Access People go to the employee record.

  2. Click Payroll.

  3. Click Pay.

  4. Click Payroll History.

  5. Click on Pay History.

  6. Click on Save and this will re-post to Access PayWise+.
