Remove an employee from Access PayWise+

Delete employee information on Access PayWise+.

It is not currently possible to delete an employee entirely from Access PayWise+. However, if they have never made any withdrawals, we may be able to anonymise their data as an alternative.

You can terminate the employee, however this will need to be actioned within your integrated product. If you are using standalone Access PayWise+ then you can suspend the employee directly.

Should you wish for more information on how a terminated employee will be reflected in Access PayWise+, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
