If an employee hasn't come across from PeopleXD, double check the following:
That all details are entered in PeopleXD including:
Bank details
Email
Mobile number
Pay Group
Work Group
Whether the employee is showing under the All section of the Employee tab of Access PayWise+ within the Access PayWise+ admin.
Check whether the employee has any special characters such as ΓΈ or Γ‘ in their name or other details in PeopleXD. These aren't supported by Access PayWise+.
If all the above are correct, make a minor amendment e.g add a character to their name, and then change it back.
The action of amending or adding any missing details should resend the employee to Access PayWise+ in the next sync (normally hourly with PeopleXD). If the employee doesn't appear after 1-2 hours, please contact our Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article.
