The employee number that your staff should be using to login on their initial registration to Access PayWise+ is their payroll number.

This can be found on their payslip - this may also be called payroll code or employee number, depending on your organisation.

If your employee continues to have problems, and they have confirmed with your payroll or HR department that the payroll number they are using is correct, then please contact our Access Digital Assistant on their behalf and reference the title of this article including the staff name and payroll number.

πŸ“ŒNote: Once the employee has logged in successfully for the first time with their payroll number, they will be able to set their own passcode or use fingerprint sign in, if available to them.
