If the employee is supposed to be accruing pay from shifts, ensure that in Access People within Basic Pay their Paid status is set to Paid for For hours or shifts worked in arrears on Rota. Also ensure Payroll Type is set to Hourly.
📌Note: Accrued income only includes shifts worked in the current pay period. If your employee has been on annual leave since the cut-off date of the latest pay period, there is no accrued income to withdraw from.
If these settings are correct, but the employee is still showing as salaried in Access PayWise+, please try resending them to Access PayWise+ as follows:
Make a change to the employee’s record, e.g., add a character to their name.
Save.
Remove the character.
Save.
This should resend the employee through to Access PayWise+.
📌Note: Allow up to 5 minutes for the sync to occur and check the employee in Access PayWise+.
If this doesn't solve the issue, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
