Employee in Access People is not being updated in Access PayWise+

Employee data synchronisation failure between Access People and Access PayWise+ preventing updates and transfers.

In Access People, check that the employee's section is still set up to be sent to Access PayWise+:

  1. Go to Admin, Organisation structure in Access People.

  2. Then Edit the relevant section.

  3. You should see a tickbox at the bottom right against Access PayWise+ - tick this.

  4. You'll then be able to click Send Employees to Access PayWise+.

  5. This employee and any others in the section will be updated in Access PayWise+.
