If a recently terminated employee within People Planner has been able to withdraw funds via the Access PayWise+ app, firstly check the last day of notice against the date the employee was terminated. If the employee was changed to terminated in People Planner some time after their last day of notice, the employee may have still been able to withdraw from any previously earned funds.

It is the 'Terminated' status in People Planner that syncs to Access PayWise+ to update the employee to terminated within the Access PayWise+ product. Therefore, if you do not want the employee to be able to withdraw funds within their notice period it would be advisable to update the employee to suspended within Access PayWise+ in order to ensure no further withdrawals can take place.

πŸ“ŒNote: If the employee was updated to terminated on their last day of notice but were still able to withdraw after this, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
