Calculation of accrued salary

For fixed salary employees, the gross earnings data is sent to Access PayWise+ when the employee is set up and Access PayWise+ calculates the accrued salary daily, according to the following:

(GrossAnnualSalary/260) x Worked Days Until Today.
​
The "Worked Days Until Today" is the number of worked working days in the current pay period.
​
The current day doesn't count as worked until it ends (12pm UTC).
​
For part-time salaried staff the Access PayWise+ accrued amount is an estimation, as Access PayWise+ doesn't take into account the number of working days/period that is defined in other systems; it will always use the 260 working days/year calculation.
