CareBlox shifts not accruing in Access PayWise+ in the correct pay period

CareBlox shift accruing issue in Access PayWise+.

When shifts are imported, they are recorded as -7 days from the date of import rather than using the actual date the shift was worked. This is because CareBlox does not provide that detail to Access PayWise+.

As a result, if a new pay period has started within the previous 7 days, shifts worked in the current period may be assigned to the previous period. These shifts will not be included in the employee’s accrued income.
