If Access PayWise+ accrued income doesn't match the shifts in People Planner, please ensure the shifts have a pay rate and are reconciled within People Planner.
If they don't have a pay rate, this may be due to there being multiple service types of the same description.
If the shifts didn't contain a pay rate at the time they were reconciled (booked-off), but have since had a pay rate added, this shift within Access PayWise+ will show as 0.00. Shifts must contain a pay rate at the time of booking off.
If all the shifts are reconciled and have a pay rate, look for the expected shifts within the Shifts tab (suitcase icon) within Access PayWise+. Please note that the shifts tab only shows one date at a time. To select another date please choose the desired date from the dropdown in the top right hand corner, repeating for each date you wish to check.
If there are shifts missing or a discrepancy between the values in Access PayWise+ and People Planner, please contact our Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article, including the dates of the shifts that are missing.
📌Note: Any shifts already sent to Access PayWise+ cannot be resent.
