Employee from Access People is invalid in Access PayWise+ due to 'Both email address and phone number are missing'

Employee email address and phone number are not entered in Access PayWise+.

Ensure that it is the Personal Email and Personal Mobile fields that are completed for the employee in Access People.
​
If they are, try and push the employee through to Access PayWise+ again by making a minor amendment to the record, saving, amending back and re-saving.
