CareBlox employee's mobile number not in Access PayWise+

Mobile number entered in CareBlox not appearing in Access PayWise+.

Employee data is transferred from CareBlox to Access PayWise+ once a day, shortly after 4pm. This means that any updates made in CareBlox before this time will not appear in Access PayWise+ until after the daily synchronisation has taken place.

If you notice that a mobile number is still not appearing in Access PayWise+, it is important to check that the number has been entered in the Mobile field within CareBlox rather than the Telephone field, as only the Mobile field is used for this integration.
