Error message 'Invalid invite code'

Employee receiving an error when entering invite code on app.

If your employee is receiving an error when entering the invite code on the Access PayWise+ app, please check with your employee that they are entering the latest invite code sent to them.

If they are still receiving the error, please follow the below steps:

  1. Suspend the employee within Access PayWise+.

  2. Ask the employee to delete the app from their device, and then to re-download it.

  3. Invite the employee again within Access PayWise+.

  4. Employee should enter the latest invite code into the newly downloaded app.
