If your employee is receiving an error when entering the invite code on the Access PayWise+ app, please check with your employee that they are entering the latest invite code sent to them.

If they are still receiving the error, please follow the below steps:
Suspend the employee within Access PayWise+.
Ask the employee to delete the app from their device, and then to re-download it.
Invite the employee again within Access PayWise+.
Employee should enter the latest invite code into the newly downloaded app.
