Invite text not received by employee

Employee has not received a text to register with Access PayWise+.

If both email and phone number are provided for an employee, invites will only be sent by text if this is set within your Access PayWise+ Admin. Check this as follows:

  1. Go to Administration (two cogs icon on left hand bar).

  2. Click Invitations.

  3. Under Invitation Type, choose Email and Text Message.

If this setting is selected, check that the employee's phone number is present and correct in Access PayWise+. If not, this will need to be added/corrected either within Access PayWise+ (standalone) or your integrated product. You can then suspend and re-invite the employee as follows:

  1. Click on the Employees tab.

  2. Click All.

  3. Search for the employee.

  4. In the Actions column, click the three dots icon for the required employee.

  5. Click Suspend.

  6. Search for the employee again.

  7. In the Actions column, click the three dots icon for the required employee.

  8. Click Invite.
