The error message ‘Bank account verification error: Bank account details have been updated in Access PayWise+ admin console. Please verify the account or go to the More section on this app to add a new account’ can appear on the Access PayWise+ app for an employee. This occurs if the bank details entered are incorrect or do not match those held within the Access PayWise+ admin console.
If the employee's bank details have been updated within Access PayWise+, the employee must ensure that they update their bank details within the app to verify the account, and vice versa.
📌Note: If the employee has not recently requested an update to their bank details, please check that an update has not been applied to the incorrect employee.
