This error will show on the app for end users if today's date does not fall in an open Pay Period for the employee's pay run. To resolve this, you will need to add a new Pay Period either within your integrated product, or Access PayWise+.
πNote: With People Planner, a Pay Period won't appear in Access PayWise+ if it's the last Period in the run. You'll need to add further Periods to the run. This is because Access PayWise+ relies on the next Period to calculate the end date of the current Period (the start date of the next period -1).
If integrated with Careblox, Payrolls and Pay Periods need to be added manually in Access PayWise+. Names must match Careblox.
β
If there is an open Pay Period, this error may be caused by the employee having the Access PayWise+ app installed on multiple devices. They will need to uninstall it on one of the devices.
If the employee believes the Access PayWise+ app is installed on an old device that they no longer have access to, and they have since changed their phone number, please contact our Access Digital Assistant referencing the title of this article for it may be possible for us to disassociate the old number for you to then reinvite them to Access PayWise+.
