Leaver still showing on Access PayWise+

Terminated users cannot withdraw funds, even if a balance appears.

An employee who has been terminated in the HR system may still appear as active on Access PayWise+ and display a withdrawable balance. This occurs when the leaver status is not synchronised between the HR system and Access PayWise+. To prevent this issue, ensure that the employee is correctly marked as a leaver in Access PayWise+ after termination in the HR system. This step removes access and prevents further withdrawals.

When an employee is terminated, they will appear in blue on Access PayWise+ with a status of terminated. In the employee details, it will state that the employee has left. There may still be a balance displayed, but if the status is terminated, the employee can no longer use the app to withdraw any funds.
