Employee incorrectly shows as terminated

Employee showing as terminated but should be active on Access PayWise+.

Depending on your integration and whether the employee has been re-employed in another role, a new entry for the employee may have been created in Access PayWise+ rather than the existing Terminated record transitioning to Suspended.

In the Employee tab in Access PayWise+, select All and search for the employee by name rather than their previous Emp ID to find the new record.

If the original employee entry within your integration was reinstated but has not updated within Access PayWise+, you may need to suspend the employee and then invite them.
