Terminated employee cannot use Access PayWise+ app with new employer

Terminated employee can't use the Access PayWise+ app with their new employer.

If a terminated employee can't use Access PayWise+ under their new employer, first ask the employee to uninstall the app and then you'll need to contact our Access Digital Assistant and reference the title of this article, including the following information:

  • Employee name

  • Employee ID

  • Employee mobile number that they used to register the Access PayWise+ app

  • Employee email address

  • Name of former employer of your employee

We'll need to delete their account from within Access PayWise+ and they should then be able to install the app with their new employer.
