If an employee has been un-terminated and their end date is removed in Access People, in Access PayWise+ the employee will transition from a terminated to a suspended status. From a suspended status the employee can be re-invited.

If the employee is still showing as terminated in Access PayWise+ after being unterminated in Access People, please follow the below steps:

  1. In Access People, edit the employee's details e.g. add a character on the name.

  2. Save.

  3. Delete the character.

  4. Save again - that will re-send the employee to Access PayWise+.

  5. On the Employees tab in Access PayWise+ under All search for the employee.

  6. Their status should now be suspended.

  7. To re-invite the employee, click the three dots under Actions then Invite.

If the employee is still showing as terminated in Access PayWise+ following this, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.

πŸ“ŒNote: If an employee is re-employed in a different role within Access People rather than unterminated this will create a new employee entry for them in Access PayWise+ with a different Employee ID.
