Error when trying to withdraw funds

Error message 'An error has occurred with our payment processor. Please contact HR'.

This error can happen if the mobile being used has a date/time that is not directly in line with the UTC date and time.

This can also occur if the employee's bank details are incorrect or not enabled for Faster Payments. Ensure this is correct, and if it is still a problem please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
