This can happen if payroll has been rolled back after it has already been generated and confirmed in CareBlox.

Once generated and confirmed in CareBlox, the shifts are sent to Access PayWise+ that day at 4pm. If the payroll is rolled back and generated/confirmed again, this causes the shift data to be sent again with a unique ID to Access PayWise+.

Payroll can be rolled back in CareBlox at any point until the data is confirmed. There is a separate screen for payroll generation and confirmation in CareBlox.
