Some employees may notice that the app continues to show an available balance even after funds have been withdrawn. When attempting another withdrawal, the following error message appears “Cannot withdraw £xx.xx. Insufficient Funds.”
This issue occurs because the displayed available balance may not have updated to reflect previous withdrawals. While the app shows funds as available, they are not actually accessible for withdrawal.
If the available balance is not taking into account withdrawals already made, ensure no further withdrawals are made and instead please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
