If you suspect that your employee has withdrawn more funds than their available limit, please ensure that you are calculating the withdrawals between the Period Start and Period End on the Pay Periods tab on Access PayWise+.
This may not necessarily be the first day of the month to the last day of the month, and will depend on what dates were chosen when creating the Pay Periods.

If after calculating the above you believe the employee has withdrawn over their limit, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
πNote: The deduction made when the employee withdraws on the app includes their chosen amount and the transaction fee.
