All employees suspended after reactivating in Access PayWise+

Reactivated employees in Access PayWise+ still showing as suspended.

To suspend withdrawals temporarily without causing employees to become suspended, ensure you suspend payments as follows, rather than suspending employees via the Employees tab:

  1. In Access PayWise+ go to Administration.

  2. Click Suspend Payments.

  3. Click Suspend All Payments.

When you're ready for withdrawals to resume, navigate to the same area and click Reactivate Access PayWise+.
