If an employee has moved onto a different Payroll, they will only be able to see withdrawal periods and their drawdowns relating to their current Payroll.
Their previous withdrawals should still be visible in Access PayWise+ for you to provide them with the information should they have any queries.
Employees can’t view all past withdrawal periods or withdrawals in the app
Previous deduction amounts are missing from the app’s History tab.
