Transaction not deducted in SelectPay

Access PayWise+ hasn't deducted the correct amount in SelectPay, or the withdrawal isn't showing in SelectPay.

Make sure that in SelectPay you've ended a Period until the current date is in the current Period in SelectPay otherwise the Access PayWise+ transactions won't be properly deducted.

If this is already done, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.

If the missing transaction(s) need to be added in SelectPay, this can be done using the import pay details wizard within SelectPay.
