New starter in SelectPay syncing in Access PayWise+

Employee not appearing in Access PayWise+ from the SelectPay system.

Sync of data from SelectPay to Access PayWise+ is normally done automatically each night, but can be also synced manually by Access PayWise+ Admin when needed e.g after a new employee was added/updated:

  1. Login to Access PayWise+ on Access Evo.

  2. Click Employees.

  3. Click Sync Data (alongside circular arrows icon) above the search fields.
