If you have an integration with RotaReady for Access PayWise+ and shifts aren't pulling through, make sure they have been signed off.
If they have been signed off and RotaReady support isn't able to assist, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
