Access PayWise+ registrations will be pending approval if the employee's bank details and payroll number are missing from Access PayWise+ and therefore approval is required from you as the employer. Normally in these instances an email is sent to all the Access PayWise+ Admins with buttons to either Accept or Reject the request.

Once approved, the employee will be able to add their own bank details and make withdrawals.
