Penny is available directly from the Access PayWise+ app home screen.

To open Penny, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Access PayWise+ app.

  2. On the home screen, click the Ask Penny icon to open the chat window.

  3. Penny will open immediately and is available whenever you need support.
