Access PayWise+ has disappeared from the Access menu button

Access PayWise+ is no longer visible under the Access menu button.

If you can no longer see Access PayWise+ in the Access menu please try the below steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache.

  2. Follow the steps for your specific browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox).

  3. Log out of Access Evo.

  4. Log in to Access Evo and click the Access menu.

If the above steps have not resolved the problem, please contact our Access Digital Assistant for support. If the assistant can't resolve your query, you're connected to a support agent for further investigation.
