When opening your Access PayWise+ product from the Access Button and you're met with a blank screen, please try the following to resolve this:
Close the Access PayWise+ app in Access Evo, using the three dot menu shown on the tab. Then re-open Access PayWise+ via Access Button in the top left-hand corner of Access Evo.
Change your internet browser's cookie settings to allow all cookies in both normal and incognito mode.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to clear your browsing data:

Close the Access PayWise+ tab and then the Access Evo window.
Click the three dot menu or cog icon in the top‑right corner.
Select Settings from the menu.
Navigate to the relevant sub‑menu.
Find cache and cookies options, usually under Privacy, Data, or Security.
Clear the browsing data, which will remove cookies, cache, and history.
Within this area, click clear data.
Once you have actioned the above, re-open the Access Evo window and select Access PayWise+ from the Access Button.
