Explanation of our refund policy for Access PayWise+ transactions.

Once a transaction has been successfully processed, refunds can't be issued for either cash or voucher payments. This policy applies to all Access PayWise+ transactions to ensure compliance and security.


Why Refunds Are Not Available

  • Immediate Settlement: Transactions are processed instantly, making reversal impossible.

  • Voucher Redemption: Vouchers are considered redeemed once issued and can't be retracted.

  • Security and Compliance: Prevents misuse and ensure financial integrity.


Before Completing a Transaction

  • Double-check the amount and details before confirming payment.

  • Ensure you select the correct payment method (cash or voucher).
