No option to invite employee

Unable to invite an employee in Access PayWise+.

The Invite option is not available for employees in an Invalid status. This status indicates that required information is missing or incorrect in their profile.

To proceed, review and update the employee’s details, such as email address, job title, or other mandatory fields, so their status changes to Not Invited.

Once the record is valid and shows as Not Invited, you will be able to send an invitation individually or through the bulk invite process.
