Set contact details for HR and Payroll teams

Add contact information for HR and Payroll teams.

Access PayWise+ can store the email address and telephone number of both your HR and the Payroll teams. From time to time Access may need to contact your HR or Payroll teams in order to provide details and updates on our Access PayWise+ services. The email from HR Team section will also be used as contact for support in the invitation sent to the mobile users.

To set these:

  1. Login to Access PayWise+ on Access Evo.

  2. Click Administration (two cogs icon).

  3. Click Contact Details.

  4. Type the Phone Number and Email Address for both the HR and Payroll teams.

  5. Click Submit.
