If your shift file won’t upload, ensure you’re using the correct template.
To do this, follow the below steps:
Navigate to the Shifts tab.
Select Upload Shifts.
Click Download Template to ensure your file matches the required structure.
Check the file is saved as CSV and that all required fields are complete.
Once verified, re-upload the file.
