Accessing the application when working for multiple employers

Employees who work for more than one employer can use the application across all their jobs, provided each employer offers access.

How It Works

  • Each employer must have the service enabled.

  • Employees will receive separate invitations from each employer.


Log In and Switch Employers

  1. Check that you have received an invitation email or SMS from each employer.

  2. Open each invitation and follow the link to set up your account.

  3. Log in using your email address.

  4. If both employers use the same email, you can access both under one login.

  5. If each employer uses a different email, you will need separate logins.

  6. To switch between employers, use the employer selector in the app (if available).

  7. If the selector is not available, log out and log back in with your other account.

  • Balances and transactions are employer-specific.

  • Notifications will only apply to the selected employer account.
